I don't like wasting people's time so I will say at the beginning this description that this table is missing one of the four black stops at the end of the legs/feet. You can probably stick a piece of wood up there and paint it black. Alternatively, if you are using as a coffee table just have that foot facing the city so you won't really notice it!
On the whole the chrome is in good condition. There is one major rust mark which is noticeable and this is to the edge of the decorative surface and I have shown this in the images. Apart from that there are random rough spots on the chrome which may put you off but actually I think has some real genuine authenticity to it especially with so much imported reproduction rubbish floating around these days.
Importantly it is sturdy.
I'm not sure what the surface is made of. It is constructed of a board and it has this wonderful mad looking 70s decoration, but I'm not sure on what material. I can say thankfully it is on a wipe clean material so none of that faffing you get with wood and marks. Yay!
The top is very well preserved, there are a couple of surface marks which have been clearly blacked in but you can only really notice them on close inspection.
This is in very good condition but not perfect so do please take a good look at the images and utilise the zoom in facility.
It is a very unusual coffee table and so smacks of the 70s. Good luck amazing in any vintage home especially one that is retro themed.
