All too often, busineses show the ‘great’ feedback they have received on their websites. They don’t always show you the ‘other’ feedback, and they cherry pick the reviews they want you to see. We have traded online for 15 years and have 100% customer feedback on eBay from over 3000 sales, we have a 4.8 to 5 star average on four Etsy shops (having sold more than 5,500 items), and a 5 star average on Vinterior.
