A really lovely winter country scene is depicted in this original artwork. Capturing the wonderfully snow covered hill tops, and the cottages with snow topped roofs. The stream looks icy and the trees are either in autumn leaf or bare. Brrrr looks chilly, but is oh so pretty too. Beautifully painting - looks like late 1990s and unfortunately I can't read the signature.
The painting is framed in a lovely thick vintage card mount with a patterned effect on it - greys, greeny colour. The frame is medium coloured wood with a gold inner lay. It is ready to hang.
The painting is in excellent condition with just a few marks mostly noticeable in the chilly sky. The mount looks very good for its age as does the frame - the odd mark here or there, but no chips or chunks missing.
