Vintage upcycled wine table, side or lamp table - gorgeous 1980s table with a matt gold painted finish & the original green leatherette top

These wine tables are so popular. They are attractive and yet superbly practical. Lovely and sturdy, wooden vintage tables with gorgeous tripod legs and a shaped top. The green leatherette finish to the top is very retro and clearly quite practical for stopping damage to the wood (or in this case) to the paintwork. Traditionally made out of a hardwood so a good quality table. This particular one has had a very attractive makeover - it has been painted in a matt gold paint. Giving it a completely different look which is very elegant and turns a classic 80s table into something quite special.

A table like this is so useful for its original purpose - to hold your vino bottle or glass, but can of course be repurposed for vase of flowers, a lamp, coffee mug, book, ornaments etc etc. Quite frankly they are just so useful - and because they are tall and elegant, not very wide, they don't take up much room at all.

The table is in good condition. There are marks on the paintwork as you would expect - authentically vintage I guess. The green leatherette is in good condition with one noticeable mark - easy to cover up with that vino, or lamp or vase etc. But to be honest, the overall table is in great nick and is just ready to be used.
