very much a vintage style but I would imagine probably only 20 years old or something like that.
It is almost certainly built to be a magazine rack that would suit a variety of storage purposes.
Ever such an attractive design with the latticework basket and the 18 decoration.

The condition is very good. There arev some small patches where the paint has been lost or worn.
