Vintage Solid Oak Stool Plant Stand.
I should think this is mid 20th century. It is made of solid oak and is of very good quality. Importantly it is sturdy.
These are ever useful around the house as a stool, little step ladder and in particular they make very good quirky plant stands.
The condition on the whole is very good, there does seem to be an additional more glossy finish applied to the base, presumably for the purposes of protecting from knocks etc, although the top has a more natural and I think original finish.
