The plates are made by Simpson’s Potteries so they are of very high quality. It is the ‘Dogwood’ pattern and will be early 20th century.
The plates are in very good condition with no chips or cracks.
The metal silver stand is modern.
The sizes are good, decent sized tea plates and a perfectly adequate, but not enormous, cake stand. You can be a meanie and not have to buy enormous quantities of cake to embellish it, most of which will be left, as per, and you will end up eating over the following days of your party with calorie consequences. Beware the double tiered cake stand for your waistline!
