Vintage Round Plaster Gilt Gold Wall Convex Mirror Ornate Decoration.
This is a classic 1960s moulded plaster mirror.
This boasts an unusual convex mirror. This has an light grey effect cloudy finish to it, which I think is intentional and was made to make the mirror look old, which obviously it is now!
Plaster mirrors were very fashionable in the 60s and the 70s. They are basically plaster, moulded around a wire frame.
As they are made of plaster they are very prone to chip and this has been touched up in gold in a few places where the finish has been disturbed and another few places where some of the plaster is missing. It still looks absolutely fantastic.
All round it is a beautiful age worn looking fantastic gold mirror in good condition.
That is an eyelet to the back for wall attachment.
