Vintage Retro Painted Shabby Chic Upholstered Stool Lift Out Seat
A delightful age worn beech cabriole leg stool.
It is made of beech which is a good quality hardwood.
It has a painted finish which has worn in a number of places and has a delightful shabby chic distressed finish to it.
The top lifts out and currently has a floral covering which is well preserved and in good condition.
Cushioned.
There has been some repair to the underneath where the two corners of each legs have been re screwed to the base and this has left the stool very sturdy. One of the pieces of woods to the corner underneath is missing however this is not to support the seat, but to bolster the strength of the stool which because it has beeen strengthened makes no difference.
As the seat lifts out it is easy to recover should you wish to, but I think the current covering goes nicely with the store which is comfortable.
