Vintage Retro 50’s Painted Shabby Chic Chest of Drawers Cream and Gold
A lovely quirky shape.
Drawers are clean and run well. Drawers are nice and deep.
Original metal handles, the top curved drawers open from a gap underneath the front of the drawer.
Made of a wood, yacht ply and plywood.
It has been painted in Farrow and Ball White Tie estate eggshell, and the drawers and handles are decorated with bright yellowy gold, giving it a really unique look.
It is in great condition. As a footnote, there are a couple of small gaps to the bottom of the right-hand side where a layer of the ply has been dislodged. I have painted over these, so as you can see in the images, the gaps hardly notice.
