A wonderful quality woollen rug - vintage likely late 20th century. It has beautiful colours and oozes warmth both in look and feel. It is a thick pile rug so luxurious underfoot and smooth to the touch. Lovely apricot orange hues, deep blue / black, light orange, beiges etc. A great addition to most homes. Perfect size for a smaller spot in a room or in an entryway.
This is not a new rug and it has signs of age, odd mark which is hard to spot due to the busyness of the pattern. There are also a handful of very small holes in the rug - one photo shows what I mean. Hard to see due to the thickness of the carpet pile, but I wanted you to be aware.
The carpet has been hard brushed, vacuumed and sprayed. You may wish to professionally clean, all dependent on preference and planned use. It has come from a good home as an fyi.
