Wonderful framed pencil drawing of ducks on a pond, Mallards to be precise. Well at least I think they are! Could be another type of duck too. Gorgeously completed by an artist, Selina Martin, in 1994. Wonderful detail of the pond, the plant life and the ducks. Delightful. Double mounted and in a glazed vintage frame. Ready to hang.
I love the colours being used. It looks like a very basic level of drawing until you look at it closer and you realise that this is an accomplished artist. The detail in the plants, the ducks, the overall finish, is wonderful. A simple depiction of pond life and bird life.
