Vintage Painted Shabby Chic White Stool with Parrot Decoration Motif

What a wonderful stool this is, with bags of character and quality.
It is early 20th century and made of a hardwood. Wonderful turned legs and importantly although over 100 years old is is still rock solid.
It has been painted in a chalk paint which has been applied quite thickly, as you can see this has been disturbed in a number of places leaving a very shabby chic finish.
The material appears to be discoloured although I'm not sure if that is how it is supposed to look, delightful parrot decoration. There is a hem and there are a few scuffs to that.
This is a really delightful stool with bags of character and as I say, importantly very sturdy.
