Vintage original watercolour - Leith Hill from Ockley 1970s original painting, signed by artist

Delightful original watercolour painting of Leith Hill from Ockley, Surrey. I don't know the area, but perhaps if you do, you will appreciate tis lovely landscape painting even more. Colours are pastel like, very calming. The hills are a shade of green, blue and grey. The foreground browns and greens. The sky if gorgeous blue. I can't read the signature which is a shame, you may have more luck than me. But it is dated 74, which in this case would be 1974. The frame is a lovely light wood (almost grey) finish with gold inlay, and the double mount is thin white with deep blue, grey, green thick card mount. All in all a lovely glazed original piece of art ready to hang. The painting is in great condition as is the mount, the frame has marks commensurate with age.
