A striking and somewhat more abstract take on a still life painting of flowers in a vase. Quite bold and unusual. You can make out the white roses and a vase, the background is a little less clear. Hints of blues, greens, white, browns. Painted by a Nora Evans. Framed in a very mid century retro styled frame. Authentic frame, cream beige and gold. Ready to hang, There is some marking to the painting - please see photos and zoom in to be sure. Some crackles in the oil, and some spotting. Because of the bold abstract nature of the painting, these marks aren't entirely noticeable. The frame has odd knocks and marks to it too, commensurate with age, storage and use etc. As a whole though, this painting could be hun and displayed tomorrow. Alternatively touch and clean it up for something a bit more pristine if you so wish.
