This is a lovely vintage oak gateleg drop leaf occasional table, dating to the mid-20th century, circa 1960s. Crafted from solid oak, the table showcases classic English rustic character combined with a practical folding design that allows you to adjust the size easily. When fully extended, the table creates a rounded oval top surface, perfect for use as a side table, occasional tea table, or as an extra serving space when entertaining guests. The table stands on four beautifully turned baluster legs united by a square box stretcher base, providing both stability and visual appeal. Overall, the condition is very good for its age. The only flaw is there is a tiny dent to the central top surface. The hinges and gateleg supports work properly and hold the leaves level and sturdy.
