A lovely vintage 1970s fire screen add of course spark guard. The gauze is fully intact and a perfect way to keep yourself safe but to also see the flames as well.
The frame and the feet appear to be made of iron, so are of good quality. You'll see in the images there are signs of surface rust to the frame with feet but nothing bad and certainly no corrosion. Indeed I would consider the condition of the frame to be good.
Again there is surface rust to the gauze, which of course you can blacken.
Feet are solidly attached so the screen stands well.
