Vintage Large Picnic Basket and Contents Tupperware Mid 20th Century TV Theatre Display Prop
What a wonderful and evocative picnic basket.
I would guess by the contents probably 1960’s.
The cutlery has surface rust however the Tupperware or commensurate type plastic cups and plates etc are in good condition, with of course wear commensurate with age.
The two thermos flasks are intact.
The basket is intact however one of the hinges has worn a bit but is fit fr purpose and if you look at the sideway images you will see the basket leans forward a bit. It must have been stored badly but it is perfectly robust.
The straps are fine.
12 plates, 2 sets of 6.
6 striped cups.
6 others.
2 flasks.
Glass sugar container with plastic bowl. Three earlier types of trays, not sure what they are for.
X6 knives, forks and spoons.
