It is always wonderful to find a little bit of treasure when you are out buying stock. And this lamp is one of those. An authentic vintage Jersey Pottery Table Lamp. Likely from the late 70s or 80s. It is a forest green ceramic lamp, with a painted swirling pattern, brush strokes, around the body of the lamp. It has then been hand painted with flower detail (climbing roses perhaps) around the lower end of teh base. The flower decoration is a shrimp pink, peach colour. Just beautifully completed - as you would expect from a well known brand such as Jersey Pottery. This lamp has a long flex, extended from its original gold flex so that it can reach a far away plug. It has a standard classic brass bayonet fitment, taking a normal bayonet screw in bulb, and a standard UK plug. It is working, tested today, but not by a professional. Stunning lamp of good size - would be a lovely addition to any other Jersey POttery you might have, or a super addition for a country bedroom, vintage decor etc. In great condition - no chips, cracks or crazing on the glazing. Lovely!
