This is a very cute and delightful small wooden table, originating in around the 1950s, maybe 1960s. It is habnd carved with lovely delicate lea motifs, and also has a secret storage compartment! A beautifully understated piece from the mid-20th century, this table blends functionality with artistic style.

It has a mahogany like grain to it, but the wood is not mahogany I don't think. It is a hard wood though and is rich in colour. The legs are simple scandi influenced style, but the top has the delicate carving on it. And of course don't forget the secret drawer.

Perfect as a plant stand, small occasional table, somewhere for a lamp, mug of coffee, the remote controls etc etc. Very handy and because it is not too big it will seamless fit into most homes and rooms!
