Vintage Hairdryer - Original 1950s Morphy Richards Noiseless HairDryer - in original box, with guarantee and sales receipt

I love finding original treats siuch as this. A 1950s Morphy Richards hairdryer in its original box and with original paperwork. Makes you think of the person who bought the appliance, used it and found it useful. They kept the box and bits intact - a lovely find.
It is in full original condition with fabric flex, bakelite plug, guarantee card and sales receipt. The box is a bit worn around the edges as you would expect and faded - no plastic coated boxes in those days. Guarantee card says 1956 - Morphy Richards were based in Kent on those days. The sales receipt says the appliance cost £3.66 with an extra few pennies for a plug! Bought in Romford!

Box says "Positively No Radio or TV Interference" - what does that mean?

The flex cable is frayed at the dryer end and the plug is old. Not advisable to use unless checked by a professional. But obviously a superb prop for theatre, tv, etc.
