This is a beautiful table lamp and of very good quality.
Unlike most of the lamps like this you will see for sale, this is actually carved wood and a composite moulded base.
I would guess, judging by the bayonet, it is probably from the 1980s.
It is hard to describe the finish so take a good look at the photographs. It appears to be a mishmash of silver gold and darker hues, it has beautiful little bun feet.
The condition is very good, you may want to clean it up a little bit but I think it looks fantastic in the age worn finish it currently has. It is in working order, however as with everything electrical feel free to get it checked out, but the plug wire bayonet all seemed fine to me.
