The label to the top says this is from America. It takes a smaller bayonet bulb.
Wiring looks fine but I do not have a small bayonet bulb to test. The switch is on the wire. The flex is 5’6 in

Very good quality and weight. Made of metal with a black distressed highlighted finish.
Good condition, the leaves effect to the top will need a bit of a clean.
