Vintage Dresden Porcelain Table Lamp with flower detail - handpainted 1817 Dresden, with vintage shade, working lamp

A truly lovely porcelain lamp. Made by the Dresden company probably mid 1900s. Handpainted in gilt detail, and gorgeous tiny flowers adorn the base. It is an ornate lamp base, but also quite subtle and delicate. Very attractive and clearly of high quality as is wont of Dresden. Stamped 1817 Dresden handpainted Forelan (?)underside. The main lamp body and crown are intact and not chipped. The flower detail has suffered some damage, broken petals and leaf. To be honest you can't tell they are broken unless you physically handle the lamp or peer very closely at the detail, but I have included photos for you to see. The shade is vintage cream linen with green and cream binding and green fringe. In excellent condition, considering its age - few minor markings. The set go very well together, but you can of course replace the shade. Working but not professionally tested. We do advise checking, testing and or upgrading as required. The flex is not very long.
