Vintage cane top stool with cabriole legs, Queen Anne style foot stool or side table, dark wood and rattan, traditional accent furniture

This is a super stool or side table, made with a dark wood frame and cane top / seat. Excellent quality mid 1900s piece produced in 17th century Queen Anne style. The cabriole legs provide elegance and tradition to the piece. The cane rattan top is handwoven and gives it a rustic edge. The cane is still very sturdy, so this stool could be used as a side table. It is perfect for cottage, colonial, classically styled interiors. In super condition and great for display in a living room, bedroom, piano recital, playroom etc. Even a conservatory or garden room?

Yes there are marks on the wood, and the smallest of wear to the seat, but is overall a delightful, well preserved vintage stool. So attractive in a straightforward way. Delightful and very versatile. Would work well as a little side table due to its sturdy nature - definitely a multipurpose piece.

The rattan gives it that rustic, casual look too making it perfect for a modern home - not stuffy or old fashioned at all and yet it is a quality piece of furniture. Would look quite at home in many different homes. Lovely piece which has a frame in mahogany or walnut?
