Vintage Brighton 1820 Acrylic Painting burntwood on Blockwood - mixed media with pyrography (?) and acrylic paint

This is certainly something different for a lover of Brighton. A depiction of Brighton 19820 in Acrylic on blockwood, with some pyrography and burntwood detail. Fishing boats and seaside buildings. Definitely not like the Brighton of 2024. I haven't seen something like this in a while. Probably done by a very well know local artist, but alas I have been unable to identify the artist or more about them. Perhaps you know of them? This painting is lovely - very bright and bold. Some rlief and outlining details has been burnt into the wood. The rest painted on in acrylic. It is painted on smooth dark block wood with a black painted edge. Ready to hang. MInro scuffs and marks commensurate with age. I would date this as 1970s but I stand to be corrected.
