Vintage blue white china planter, hand painted plant pot

A very lovely vintage planter with accompanying saucer. Blue and white china. Great condition. Am struggling to date this. Definitely vintage just not sure how far back. Could be antique? Handpainted blue floral design. Saucer is very practical for watering from the base and catching water. Nice size for small indoor plants. Is used and vintage so some signs of wear, but nothing too worry about. Interesting detail on the edge/rim. Lovely little thing. One small chip at the base but otherwise vgc. Please see photos.
