A wonderfully vibrant and clever batik painting of a Toucan. Painting on silk and using dyes. Very unique style of painting, and so effective especially for a subject such as a tropical bird in a paradise jungle. The batik styling brings interest and colour into the painting. And the painting is in excellent condition, and is beautifully framed with a cream mount and green wooden frame.
I love the colours and boldness of this painting – it would look gorgeous in almost any room. Imagine it in a children’s room which is decked out as a jungle theme, or perhaps in a garden or sunroom where there are lots of large plants, or perhaps a bathroom with a green theme.
