Upcycled vintage ornate candlestick table lamp; pewter possibly? working vintage table lamp

This is a super vintage table lamp - very attractive ornate metal lamp. I believe this was once an actual candlestick holder which has subsequently upcycled into a lamp. The bayonet fitment is fed through the holder and up through the centre. It as a very long flex and three prong plug. I'm not sure what the metal is, maybe pewter, it is heavy and has a lovely tarnished look about it. Gorgeous decoration on the metal - quite celtic. Yes it is tarnished and antique looking (maybe it is?), taking this out of the equation it is in vgc. Please see photos and video.
