A superb looking art deco decorative mirror.
As impressive as it looks I will say now that the glass is quite thin and as beautiful as it is this certainly was not originally of the highest quality, which I have reflected, pardon the pun, in the price.
But what it is is a fantastic looking and unusual wall mirror.
There are three separate pieces of glass, the oval to the centre and the two sides. Both are attached to the thick board backing with metal clasps so all three are very secure.
As I say, the glass is thin and is not bevelled as it is too thin to be able to be bevelled!
However despite a few really tiny chips, that only really notice on close inspection, it is pretty sound. I really hope in the images you can pick up that there are flaws to the glass which are caused by blemishes to the silver reflective surface behind the actual glass. Really nothing actually to be too worried about and nothing that does not actually add some real authenticity to this mirror. However, I hope you can pick up these blemishes in the images.
It has a delightful, almost diamond like, chrome decoration to the top.
To the rear there is a thin chain for hanging which is attached to eyelets. You can of course cut the chain down if you don't want it to be visible.
I have been as honest as I can with this description so make no mistakes this is not perfect and it is not a stunning amazing quality £750 mirror but at the time a poor quality imitation which over time has really become a little cracker of a retro mirror.
