Showing here are two top quality Royal Doulton mid 20th century serving plates. Meat, fish or pastries.
They are both very beautiful and would look great displayed on a wall or a dresser.
When your friends come round put them and there naff IKEA or Argos crockery to shame with your classy vintage serving plates. Pass around the cakes and pastries with a smug grin on your face!
If you are a big eater then these are perfect for big dinner plates too.
The pattern names are Camelot, 60s or 70s I think and Woodland which is 50s or before.
They are both very well preserved and look hardly used. There is no wear to the patterns and just very occasional cutlery marks to the centre which you can only notice on very close inspection.
Basically both are in very good condition with no chips or cracks.
Camelot, with the leaf and berry exterior 337 x 257 mm
Woodland, with the central decoration 330 x 272 mm
