Top Quality Vintage Designer Retro 80s Reproduction of an Art Deco Standard Lamp with Copper Finish. This lamp would have retailed at an upmarket designer shop in the 1980s. It is of excellent quality and beautifully made. Incredibly heavy as it has a weighted iron base meaning it stands very securely. I would imagine the lamp is made of steel and it has an electroplated copper finish. The finish is great as it is a muted copper rather like fresh copper piping which I always think is such an attractive colour. It is in working order and has a foot switch, although I observe the lead is not very long coming in at 4 foot. The condition is very good, there are a few minor blemishes where the copper has worn or been knocked and you can see the silver grey of the base metal underneath, so please take a good look at all of the images and utilise the zoom in facility to have a good look. It is clearly an art deco design and looks absolutely amazing, and with the right shade will look stunning. Height, to the top of the bayonet 154 cm
