The Old Mill, Fletching, Sussex - original watercolour early 1900s by R Cooper, exquisite painting, unframed

This is an exquisite watercolour of the early 1900s. Possibly 1930s/40s. It is of the Old Mill in Fletching, Sussex which was demolished in 1951. The detail included in this painting is second to none. Truly wonderful. Note the little sailing ship on the river, and the man at the stable door. R Cooper is the artist, signed bottom right. I believe this is Roy Cooper. The painting has some interesting labelling into on the rear making it a little bit unique. A delightful painting currently mounted on a card which needs replacing. Unframed waiting for your touch. The painting itself is in vgc although some spotting at the top.
