Superb Vintage Indian Child's Child Tub Chair Wicker Rattan Bamboo Cane.
Made of a mixture of various wicker and cane type products, this is an absolutely superb tub style chair.

You need to look at all the images and use the zoom in facility to really appreciate the superb craftsmanship that has gone into create this amazing chair, in particular note the subtle link type decoration around the rim of the side and the back circle.

I would date it from the mid 20th century, maybe a little bit later.

It is very well preserved, there is some string to the right hand side of the circle but this appears to just be where they links join to the opposite side.

There are some strands of wicker underneath to the centre left that are intact have crumpled a little bi,t which I presume was maybe a makers glitch as they are certainly not broken.

This is a highly decorative chair and a thing of real craftsmanship and beauty that would look great anywhere in the house.
