Delightful pair of vintage original paintings. Completed in watercolour and paintings of Amiens and Bruges. Wonderful perspective of these European cities. Almost naivety to the paintings. They are almost illustrative. Wonderful warmth and 'prettiness' about them. I adore them. They bring out the soul of the streets. THey are great paintings and with just a small amount of spotting are in vgc. They are framed in lovely 1900s black wooden painted frames, which have white and gold inlays. They are glazed and have string for hanging. Professionally framed in the UK as per the vintage labels on the back. The frames are worn in places, even chipped in some, but the overall look matches the delight of the paintings. The frames may need a clean up. THey are signed and labelled. If you love France, Belgium, European cities, architecture, travel, streetscenes, townscapes - then these paintings are a must!
