Superb and Large Vintage 1920’s Oak Mirror with Bevelled Glass
This is certainly a very top quality oak mirror. The frame and the glass are well preserved and are of fine quality.
Fine quality constructed frame which is just as solid as the day it was made pressed carved decorations to the edges. Made of English oak. As you can see the condition is very good and it appears to have been very well looked after for maybe 100 years.
I must draw your attention to the fact that the bevelled glass is almost in perfect condition and it's incredibly well preserved.
There is a boarded backing and eyelets. I would say the one drawback of the mirror is it has very long piece of double string that you may want to remove and replace with wire or a chain. I think it is certainly strong enough but it will certainly need shortening
