Superb 1950s/60s Wedgwood Santa Clara part dinner service - Green Ivy pattern, 18 piece set incl dinner side plates, dessert soup bowls

The Santa Clara dinner service by Wedgwood is a distinguished yet relatively rare pattern that embodies the company’s hallmark craftsmanship and timeless design. Produced in the 1950s and 60s, it is a wonderful fresh and bold set with white bone china and bright green grapes and vines (looks like ivy) entwined around the edges. Including gilt work - in very good condition! No chips or cracks - 18 pieces. This part dinner set is perfect for four, but includes a couple of extra dinner plates. See sizes below.

The pattern is mid century but it would fit into the modern home perfectly. Can be dressed up or down depending on your occasion. Today, the Santa Clara pattern is considered a vintage collectible, sought after by those who appreciate its understated elegance and historical significance within Wedgwood's vast portfolio of designs. It is no longer in production making it rare and harder to find.

As mentioned this set is in very good condition, it is vintage and has been used but overall is in vgc. There are no chips or cracks, some gilt edging has signs of wearing but some more than others. There may be different Wedgwood stamps on the bottom of the different items, all Santa Clara, but possibly bought at different times.
