There are a few marks and blemishes to this delightful standard lamp, however it remains an absolute superb vintage 1920s lamp boasting the original finish.

It comes in one piece and will therefore be delivered by hand by a proper furniture courier, this delivery is priced into the asking price, so will be delivered at no extra cost. See below.

The electrics were up wired by the looks of it in the 1970s and they are still in working order with a very useful long lead. Obviously you can get this checked or rewired.

It has a faux candle just below the bayonet and the bayonet has the metal lampshade support umbrella which you will probably want to remove unless you can source an appropriate genuine vintage shade and a converter.

The paint work is actually very well preserved. Towards the bottom, especially on the feet, you can see the original finish has been disturbed and you can see what is either a white and coat or gesso underneath. Midway up the main stem you can see there is some paint missing however the lamp can be angled in such a way this can face a wall so it will not be seen, however I've shown the where in the images, or of course you can touch it up with relative ease. Would touch up easily with chalk or crayon.

So please make sure you take a good look at all of the images and utilise the zoom in facility to check the condition.

Delivery is to the front door. Should the item be large the courier will need a hand your end or contact us and we will arrange a more expensive two man delivery.
