Who doesn’t love a classic? 1980s BHS vintage table lamp – BHS that grand British home trademark store which is sadly no more – shiny brass finish to this late retro lamp. A good sized lamp which would carry off a good sized shade. In great vintage condition – not pristine mind you, it does show signs of age in the brass finish, but this just reinforces its authenticity. It has BHS labelled underside on the felt, the felt prevents scratching of any surface. Classic bayonet fitment and wiring. Hasn’t been professionally tested but it is working. With vintage items we do advise getting them checked and tested. Being a classic candlestick table lamp style, this lamp base could carry off many difference types of shades – bell, Empire, cone, drum. As a neutral colour could also carry off many different colours making it a very versatile lamp – great for any number of rooms in your home.
