Stunning Vintage Painted Chiffoniere Sideboard Shabby Chic

A beautiful late Victorian sideboard. it splits into two pieces at the top surface.
It is made of pine with a mahogany veneer.
There were was stains in many places so I decided to paint it.
I applied two undercoats and four top coats of Farrow and Ball Wimborne white.
I then sanded few areas to expose the wood and leave a contemporary shabby chic finish.
Looks fantastic in the photographs but there are few flaws as you would expect from a used piece of furniture of this age.
There are brush stroke marks and to the painted finish as it is hand painted, please do not expect a factory type finish this is very much a shabby chic piece.
The two doors do not close perfectly in tandem, and there is a small gap between them.
To the left hand side of the left hand draw there is a piece of wood missing. I have shown this in the image, I have painted over it and it does not notice too badly.
There are other general gaps and imperfections, so if you are looking for something perfect, this is not for you. If you are looking for a beautiful, age-worn piece of contemporary furniture that has been very much used over the last century and a half, then this is for you.
This will be delivered with the top part separated from the base so you will need to re screw it back into place. There are five screws and a very simple task.
