Stunning Antique Vintage Glazed Glass Cupboard Mahogany Tulip Decoration FREE HAND Delivery Adjustable Shelves

This is an outstanding vintage glazed Victorian cupboard.

One of its standout features is the fantastic tulip decoration on the glazed doors, which retain their original Victorian glass. This aesthetic is truly exceptional and makes this piece a cut above the rest when it comes to glass cupboards from this era.

It is a late Victorian piece, hence the cabriole legs. I should note that the rear part of one of the cabriole legs is missing, though this is not visible during general use as it faces the wall. Shown in images.

The cupboard is made of solid mahogany, with a solid pine back and shelves. The shelves are adjustable, with multiple settings throughout the cupboard space.

As you can see, the exterior finish is in very good condition, with only a few minor blemishes and marks consistent with its age. On the top, there is a liming effect above the two doors, with some light patches in the grain that may have been intentionally created.

It has excellent dimensions and is a really practical size—perfect for displaying decorative and precious items or for use as a bookcase.

I would personally recommend adding a cabinet catch to the right-hand door. Although it has a working key, the lock doesn’t quite stretch across to secure the other door. However, if you’re handy, this is an easy fix. Additionally, there are small locks at the top and bottom of the left-hand door to keep it shut if needed, or you can add cabinet catches if you plan to open and close it regularly.

Delivery is to the front door. Should the item be large the courier will need a hand your end or contact us and we will arrange a more expensive two man delivery.
