Smaller vintage Oriental Chinese Style Ginger Jar Ceramic Vintage Table Lamp - white with cherry blossoms and a carved resin wooden base

This is a smashing vintage table lamp. It is one of those standard Oriental Chinese Style Giner Jar table lamps. Slightly smaller than the normal size which makes it perfect for a smaller space or room. It is in fantastic condition. White ceramic, glazed, with painted cherry blossoms on it. Delightful decoration. It sits on a resin mock wooden base which is carved intricately which gives it a lovely ornate look. The flex, plug and bayonet fitment all look very good. But they are the original (the cable is 3 core wiring) and so whilst this lamp is working fine (I have had it on for a few hours), we do advise getting it tested and or updated. The actual ceramic base is in lovely condition - no chips or cracks or crazing. It has some very tiny marks commensurate with age; as does the base, vgc with minor age related marks. Perfect to finish off with a bell or empire shape shade. or something more contemporary would even work.
