Hollywood Style Vintage Console Table and matching Wall Mirror - glitzy and gold - 2 pieces

I purchased this from someone who mentioned having owned it for 40 years.

It is of good quality, with both the base and the mirror featuring a solid wooden carcass.

I have seen similar pieces previously described as Hollywood Regency—a style popular from the 1930s to the 1980s, characterized by luxurious materials, gold finishes, mirrored surfaces, and bold yet elegant designs.

This would have been an original pairing, though, of course, you can choose to display them separately if desired. The mirror has eyelets so that it can be displayed either way.

The base features elegant, long fluted legs. The surface is adorned with bevelled mirrors attached to the wooden frame, complemented by beautiful decorative edging, all of which remains intact. The mirror also retains all of its original detailing.

The mirrors to the side of the main mirror and the underneath of the surface are all angled slightly which gives it a really interesting perspective and aesthetic.

The overall finish is in excellent condition. There are some surface marks on the sideboard, as expected with age, but it remains fully intact, robust, and very well preserved. There are a few marks, particularly on the legs, but nothing that doesn’t contribute to its aged charm and authenticity.

This will cost us between £60-80 so if you wish collect from Lewes in East Sussex we will refund the saved courier charges.
The couriers will arrange a day and time window with you.
Delivery is to the front door. Should the item be large the courier will need a hand your end or contact us and we will arrange a more expensive two man delivery.
It will take about 2 weeks.
