Retro Wooden Table Lamp – Mid-Century Modern Vibes - working lamp

Channel the cool, understated style of mid-century modern design with this retro wooden table lamp - I think 1960s/70s. Crafted from a lovely piece of wood, super grain! This lamp features clean lines and organic shape, which highlights the beauty of the wood grain. The warm tones of the wood add an inviting feel, while the minimalist design ensures versatility, making it perfect for both contemporary and vintage-inspired interiors. The wooden base shows some markings and what looks like water stains on it, I have not oiled it to see how it would come up (I expect very well!) because you may want to keep as is. But of course oiling is an option with basic olive oil or if you want to upgrade to Danish oil then this is a good option. The wood is in otherwise vgc. The underside is felted to prevent scratching.
Pair with a simple fabric shade to enhance the retro aesthetic and bring a touch of the past into your home. The lamp is working and may well have been rewired at some point with quality corded flex - the flex is three core which is why I say this. The plug is also updated. However the lamp has not been rewired or professionally tested by me.
