Retro red glass lamp with gilt and marble finish

A vert attractive and perfectly retro red glass bulbous lamp, sitting atop a black marble / granite base. Finish with grand metal brass detail - top and bottom. A very attractive combination - needs some tlc to bring it back to life - bayonet fitment needs replacing, two prong plug, a clean up etc. But a wonderful lamp when addressed I am sure. The red is vibrant and the glass bulbous shape intact. The black marble base is grand, minor chips and markings from life, and the metal is intact but marked from age too. All in all this lamp will be very desirable and a statement piece when done.
