Wonderful rare retro lamp; carved wooden lamp in Baroque or Neo Classical Style. Made out of wonderful carved wood and thenb painted in an antique silver finish. Gorgeous large bulbous shape. Fantastic original features eg the on off switch. Long gold flex. Superb statement piece in wood with antique finish. Tested and working.

The silver painted finish has smidgens of red underneath the silver - so a super multi faceted antique finish. Worn finish, authentic charm. Wonderful bulbous shape with lots of carved detail. A lightweight wood, so although it looks chunky and heavy, it is actually quite manageable. It is very sturdy and solid - can carry off a great shade.

The condition is wonderful for its age. There are signs of age and wear, and of course it is an antique finish. You can see some wear on the top surface under the brass fitment. Carving is great. Pls see photos and video.
