Quality Vintage Solid Oak Cheval 1920s Mirror Full Length.

Top quality vintage 1920s cheval mirror.
The mirror tilts upwards and downwards and remains in the position you leave it at as the axis movements are still good.
The base is made of solid oak which has the traditional dark stain prevalent at the time.
There are signs that the legs have been repaired at some point, all four have castors, there is an area of filler to the join of the left hand front leg. The upshot of all this is it the legs are very sturdy which is the main thing.
On the whole the mirror glass is very well preserved. It is a thick quality glass with an arched top. There are areas to the edge in places where the silver behind the glass has discoloured however nothing that does not add a nice bit of character to it.
As you will see in the image with me the glass very much captures the whole body form.
