The frame is made from a wooden carcass that has been covered in a moulded composite decoration.
On that you can see the original gold finish with darker highlights .
The condition is very good. A small piece of the moulding has been lost to a bottom corner which I have blended in with some acrylic gold and black pen so it hardly notices.
Fantastic thick original bevelled glass that, like the frame, is very well preserved.
