Pair of vintage candlestick style shiny brass table lamps with swirled ribbon design - working table lamps

A very pretty design. Candlestick style vintage table lamps but with ribbon swirled detail around the stem and a small lip at the top. Classic in look and very eye catching with its shine. This is likely a brass plated finish - but I am not sure, could be all brass. They have a lovely sheen to them and are quite heavy. There are also obviously the occasional mark, scratches from age, but nothing untoward. Slight tarnish in the lips at the top too. But altogether a delightful little pair of lamps - would carry off lots of different kinds of lamp shades. They originally had bell shaped lamps but to be honest any lamp shade would work. The lamps themselves are working, but they have not been professionally tested. Advice is that all vintage items should be checked, tested or upgraded as required.
