Showing here are two early to mid 20th century metal cupboards. Almost certainly originally these were used for industrial/workshop purposes.

They have holes to the back so they can be attached to a wall, however they can also obviously free stand either individually or one on top of the other.

However, at this juncture it is worth pointing out that you will need to apply some strips of wood to the base of each of them if you are going to freestand them. Otherwise, the doors will drag to the floor. You will see in the images there is a thin cavity underneath in which you can place some wood to lift slightly.

This will also keep the top of the two cupboards more securely in situ.

As you can see in the images, they will also look great as wall cupboards next to each other.

Between them they provide an enormous amount of useful storage and if you are making a bespoke vintage kitchen these two couples would make brilliant wall cupboards.

I have left them as I found them with a mixture of yellow and green paint to the finish. I've given it a quick rub over with some wire wool and displaced most of the surface rust. There is no real erosion to the metal.
I think the metal is probably steel but I'm not sure,

To both left hand doors there is a working catch and to the right hand doors a metal knob.

You'll see in a picture I have taken that some corners of the doors are very slightly bent outwards.

You can obviously simply repaint them all strip the paint off down to the original metal and then polish or oil them which would make them absolutely amazing. Or just leave as is, with a Bohemian shabby chic finish.

The doors all work well.

They are both intact.

An absolutely fantastic pair of genuine retro industrial cupboards, albeit possibly with a little restoration work involved, so please take a good look at all of the images and utilise the zoom facility to get a good look.

Delivery is to the front door. Should the item be large the courier will need a hand your end or contact us and we will arrange a more expensive two man delivery.
